Terms of Use — Splotti
Last updated: October 22, 2026
By using Splotti you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
Splotti turns photos you choose into AI-generated drawings in a fixed style and keeps them on a calendar on your device. The drawing is generated by an automated image model and may be imperfect; results vary and are not guaranteed to resemble the photo.
Your content
You keep all rights to your photos, doodles and notes. You confirm that you have the right to use any photo you upload and that it does not contain unlawful content. We do not store your photos; see the Privacy Policy. Doodles are generated for your personal, non-commercial use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Splotti to create or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights. Attempts to bypass the device attestation, quotas or payment are prohibited and may result in refusal of service.
Splotti Pro
The first doodle is free. Splotti Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks unlimited doodles, redraw, month collages, the photo-and-doodle card and the week and month widgets. The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the trial). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal price is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Fair use: up to 30 doodles per day.
Availability
Doodle generation needs an internet connection and depends on third-party AI providers; it may be slow, limited or unavailable at times. We may change the drawing style, providers or features, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Disclaimer and liability
Splotti is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.
